The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing safe and reliable transportation services while ensuring the comfort and well-being of passengers. Duties Safely operate a school bus to transport passengers to their designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch, providing information about routes, schedules, and any changes. Manage passenger behavior during transit, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all. Assist passengers as needed, including seniors or individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintain accurate records of daily routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during transit. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus operation. Required to have a valid school bus certificate. Experience in school bus driving is required. Strong communication skills. Ability to write clear reports and maintain accurate records.
