Position Summary We're looking for professional Bus Drivers who take pride in delivering a first-class experience for every passenger. Unlike many school transportation companies, Bauer's offers year-round employment, giving our drivers consistent work and dependable income throughout the year—not just during the school calendar. Key Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Operate your vehicle in accordance with CHP, DMV, DOT, and company safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus. Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, dispatchers, and fellow team members. Represent Bauer's with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. Help create a safe, positive experience for every student on every trip.
