In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating motor coaches and shuttle vehicles to transport passengers efficiently and comfortably. Your enthusiasm for customer service, combined with your driving expertise, will ensure a positive experience for all riders. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Safely operate motor coaches, shuttle buses, and other passenger vehicles according to traffic laws and company policies Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking mechanical components and fluid levels Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers using clear, professional language Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure passenger safety at all times Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to maintenance teams Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of bus and motor coach systems Proven experience in commercial driving, including shuttle driving, school bus driving, or delivery driving roles Familiarity with paratransit services and motor coach operations Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently Knowledge of bus maintenance procedures and basic troubleshooting techniques Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements for bus or commercial vehicle operation (CDL Driver license)( P - Passenger Endorsement) Experience in limousine or chauffeur services is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage or assisting passengers as needed Join us as a SPAB / Motor Coach Driver and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services!
