• Part-Time School Trips Stryder Transportation | Temecula, CA | Part-Time | $20 per hour Drive students. Not a yellow bus. Stryder Transportation is hiring SPAB-certified drivers to take student groups to away games, band and choir competitions, college visits, field trips and proms across Temecula Valley and the Inland Empire. You will drive our premium motorcoaches and mini-buses

• most trips start and end in the Temecula Valley area Steady seasonal demand tied to the school activity calendar We will help you get SPAB certified if you are not already A friendly, respectful team that treats drivers like professionals What you will do Safely transport student groups to and from school activities
• sports, performing arts, academic trips and school dances Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to federal and California standards Plan your route and timing, and keep the group on schedule Log your hours accurately using timesheets and Hours of Service forms Keep your vehicle clean and fueled at the end of each shift, and report any maintenance issues to the Fleet Manager or dispatch Represent Stryder professionally•in uniform, on time, and welcoming to every guest What we are looking for Class A or Class B commercial driver license with a passenger (P) endorsement Current SPAB (School Pupil Activity Bus) Certificate issued by CHP•or the willingness and eligibility to complete SPAB training and testing (35-hour course plus CHP written and driving exams).

Most current and retired school bus drivers already qualify. Valid DOT medical certificate Clean driving record

• no more than 1 point, and no DUI or DWI Working knowledge of California and federal Hours of Service rules Comfortable driving day or night, in unfamiliar areas, with passengers on board Able to read and complete required paperwork, digital or paper Patient, positive and safety-first
• you enjoy working around students Nice to have Experience driving for a school district, youth sports program or student activity transportation Familiarity with mapping software, email and onboard vehicle systems Schedule and pay Job type:
