License!!! Join our dynamic team as a Charter Bus Driver, where your driving expertise and passion for service come together to create memorable journeys! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on various charter routes, including school trips, and specialized transportation services. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure every passenger enjoys a smooth, comfortable, and secure ride. We value your skills in communication, mechanical knowledge, and customer service, making each trip an opportunity to showcase professionalism and care. This paid position offers a rewarding environment where your driving talents make a real difference in people's lives. You must have a SPAB or School Certificate. Duties Safely operate charter buses in accordance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies Transport passengers to designated destinations with punctuality and professionalism Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the bus to ensure mechanical safety and readiness Communicate clearly with passengers using effective communication skills; address questions or concerns politely and efficiently Manage behavior and maintain order among passengers, especially children or vulnerable populations, utilizing behavior management techniques Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage logs, safety checks, and incident reports as required Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring passenger comfort throughout the journey Experience Proven experience in bus driving or commercial driving roles, preferably with school bus driving or charter bus service Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety procedures applicable to commercial vehicles and passenger transport Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse communities Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
