  • Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team in Danbury.
This role involves safely operating shuttle buses and motor coaches on scheduled routes, ensuring passengers receive excellent service while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle buses and motor coaches on designated routes around Danbury during weekends. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and answering questions professionally. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical safety and cleanliness before each shift. Maintain clear communication with dispatch and passengers using radio or other communication devices. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability. Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages if required, ensuring proper handling and delivery. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport. Prior experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or motor coach operation preferred. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. Strong communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members. Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and a friendly attitude. Knowledge of paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus but not required. Ability to work weekends consistently and handle driving responsibilities responsibly in various weather conditions. Join us as a CDL
