The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive environment for all passengers. Duties Operate motor coach vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transit. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any necessary information. Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the vehicle by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Document any incidents or issues that occur during trips and report them to management as needed. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members. Experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred. Background in customer service to ensure a positive experience for all passengers. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on the vehicle. Experience in school bus driving, limousine services, motor coach operations, or paratransit services is advantageous. Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
