New Bus Driver Hiring Incentive:

College Community Schools is offering a new hiring bonus of $500 for new bus drivers hired after June 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year. The hiring bonus will be paid in two (2) $250 installments. The first $250 will be received after completing 60 working days And the second $250 payment will be made after 90 working days. Additionally, the starting hourly wage for bus drivers is $24.35/hr.

$24.35 per hour based upon prior experience - Bus Drivers Up to 10 years previous experience as a bus driver given towards placement on the salary schedule! Paid training and holidays Optional additional benefits IPERS Confidential criminal history and drug testing are required Must have acceptable driving record

Hours:

Approximately 20-30 hours per week
