CDL with Passenger Endorsement

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and responsible CDL driver with a Passenger Endorsement to join our team. In this role, you will operate various types of passenger vehicles, including motor coaches, shuttle buses, and school buses, to safely transport passengers across designated routes. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and adherence to all transportation regulations. Responsibilities Safely operate passenger vehicles such as school buses, shuttle buses in accordance with company policies and traffic laws Enhanced Background Check for working in a childcare center Child and Infant CPR and First Aid Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts in compliance with regulatory standards Communicate effectively with team members using clear and professional language Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to prevent accidents or incidents during transit Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement (P endorsement) Proven experience driving buses, motor coaches, or shuttle vehicles in a commercial setting Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshooting Knowledge of paratransit operations, school bus driving, limousine services, or delivery driving is a plus Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members effectively Prior experience in bus driving or shuttle driving roles demonstrating safety awareness and customer service excellence Ability to handle various vehicle types including motor coaches, school buses, limousines, and shuttle vans Commitment to maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to all safety regulations Join our team if you're passionate about safe driving, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and making a positive impact on community mobility!
