Job Description

A To B Motor Coach is a trusted provider of charter and transportation services throughout southern Idaho. We proudly serve communities in Burley, Twin Falls, Boise, Nampa, and surrounding areas.
Our mission is simple:
deliver safe, reliable, and comfortable travel experiences for groups of all kinds. This includes schools, tour groups, sports teams, and corporate clients. With a modern fleet and a strong focus on customer service and safety, we're looking for professional drivers to join our team and help carry that mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate motor coaches for scheduled and chartered trips Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers Follow all DOT regulations and traffic laws Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and seating when needed Represent A To B Motor Coach professionally on the road and with clients Qualifications CDL Class B (or A) with Passenger (P) endorsement - Required 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must pass DOT physical and drug screening Friendly, courteous, and dependable with strong communication skills Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays What We Offer Quarterly safety bonus Driver gratuity/tips Opportunities for advancement and professional development Modern and well-maintained fleet of buses Supportive work environment focused on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction Apply Today!
