Responsibilities Safely operate luxury charter buses for private charters, corporate events, schools, sports teams, weddings, airport transfers, and group travel Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe, comfortable experience for all passengers Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Bus Connection with courtesy and professionalism Comply with all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities Paid training Late-model luxury charter buses Respectful, professional, and supportive work environment Well-organized trips with high-quality clientele Requirements Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement Current DOT Medical Card Clean driving record No criminal record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to read, write, and speak English Must provide a reliable smartphone with internet access Previous experience operating charter buses, motorcoaches, school buses, or other commercial passenger vehicles is preferred but not required
