Our drivers transport sports teams, schools, churches, corporate groups, tour groups, and other organizations to destinations locally and across the country. Compensation & Opportunities $22

• 26+ per hour based on experience Entry-level drivers with 0-1 year of relevant experience start at $22/hour Experienced drivers may earn $26
• 27+/hour based on experience and qualifications Potential tips/gratuities in addition to hourly pay $1,500 New Driver Bonus

• Full-time and part-time opportunities Opportunities for local and long-distance charter trips Responsibilities Safely operate motorcoaches for charter and group transportation.

Transport passengers to destinations safely, professionally, and on schedule. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and applicable traffic laws. Maintain required driver logs and trip documentation. Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other reasonable needs when necessary. Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatch, management, and other drivers. Navigate local and long-distance routes, including unfamiliar destinations. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Report vehicle concerns, incidents, or safety issues promptly. Qualifications Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement required Current DOT Medical Card required Safe and acceptable driving record Ability to meet DOT and company driver requirements Strong commitment to passenger safety Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight/out-of-town trips when required Motorcoach or commercial passenger-driving experience is preferred; compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
