Immediately Job Description Dorchester County Public Schools is currently accepting applications for Bus Drivers.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a Dorchester County School Bus; Maintain regular paperwork associated with transporting students; Perform Pre and Post trip inspections of buses; Monitor student while bus is in transit; Maintain cleanliness of bus; Assist with transportation of bus to garage for service as needed; Attend necessary training classes; Perform other related duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from a standard high school or possession of a State high school equivalence certificate; Must be currently certified as a Maryland School Bus Driver; Meet all Motor Vehicle Administration and State Department of Education requirements for school vehicle drivers; Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
