Shakopee Competitive Pay:
Starting at $24.00 per hour
Consistent Hours:
Average drivers work 25-32 hours per week.
Three-Tier School Schedule:
Morning routes typically run 6:15 AM - 9:30 AM and afternoon routes 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM.

Perfect for parents, retirees, veterans, career changers, and anyone looking for meaningful work with flexibility. What You'll Do As a School Bus Driver, you'll safely transport students to and from school while creating a positive, welcoming environment every day.
Your responsibilities include:
Safely transporting students along assigned routes. Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections. Enforcing student safety and behavior expectations. Following all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Reporting accidents, incidents, or maintenance concerns. Maintaining a clean, safe, and reliable bus. Opportunities to drive athletic teams, field trips, and extracurricular events for additional hours. Participating in required meetings and training. What We're Looking For Valid Minnesota Class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger Endorsements, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days (paid training provided). Commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Dependable, patient, and professional. Strong communication skills with students, parents, and school staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Physical Requirements This position primarily involves sitting while driving (approximately 90%), with occasional walking and standing.
