Job OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, patient and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a commitment to safety, and experience operating various types of commercial vehicles. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents and maintaining vehicle integrity while adhering to all safety regulations.
Responsibilities Responsible for all upkeep and maintenance of bus, including interior cleaning.
Inspects bus before each trip and fills out appropriate paperwork.
Activity Director coordinates and provides the monthly bus schedule to drive. Experience and Requirements Previous experience driving bus in St. Louis City and County
Must have the minimum of CDL- with Class C passenger endorsement
Must provide a current, non-expired CDL
Skills and Competencies Required
Knowledgable of bus operations- lift hatch, wheelchair securement
Knowledgeable of CPR and First Aid
Demonstrate knowledgea of transportation policy andtions safety
Must have ability to work well and demonstrate patiene with senior adults
Must be flexible and personable
Must exhibit willingness to help residents with their packages
Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
