POSITION SUMMARY

: The Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating the bus according to a set, daily schedule. He/she must pick up and drop off program participants per the schedule, maintain order and security on the bus, obey all laws, regulations and rules of conduct and ensure that the bus is in good operating condition at all times. Must be able to thrive in an environment with the unique challenges of a non-profit community service organization and communicate effectively with the Welcome Center and other YMCA supervisors and staff to ensure accurate information and maintain schedule. QUALIFICATIONS
