Position Summary As a Go-Durham Bus Operator with RATP Dev USA, you will play a key role in safely transporting passengers throughout Durham while delivering excellent customer service. This position offers fully paid CDL/Bus Operator training, competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Safely operate transit buses along assigned routes. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections. Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers. Assist passengers with mobility devices (wheelchairs/scooters). Collect and record fares accurately. Announce stops in compliance with ADA requirements. Operate radio communication equipment per company policies. promote safety and follow all RATP Dev USA and GoDurham procedures.

Qualifications Minimum age:

18 years old Valid CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement preferred At least 5 years of safe driving experience preferred Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
