We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-focused Party Bus Driver to operate our party buses for scheduled events, private bookings, and special occasions. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and vehicle care. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a party bus for local and extended trips (may include multi-hour driving assignments) Transport passengers to and from designated locations on time and in a professional manner Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance Maintain cleanliness of the bus before, during, and after trips (interior and exterior upkeep as needed) Assist with light setup and breakdown of onboard features when applicable Provide a welcoming, respectful, and professional experience for all guests Enforce all safety rules and company policies during trips Report any mechanical issues, damages, or incidents immediately Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and inspection reports Requirements Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger Endorsement (P Endorsement required) Clean driving record (no major violations or suspensions) Prior commercial driving or passenger transport experience preferred Ability to operate safely in both daytime and nighttime conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to sit and drive for extended periods (several hours at a time) Ability to perform light cleaning duties (bending, lifting supplies, wiping down surfaces) Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on bookings Must be punctual and dependable for all scheduled trips Additional Expectations Represent the company brand with professionalism at all times Ensure a fun but controlled and safe environment for passengers Support the overall guest experience by being helpful, courteous, and attentive Follow all regulations and company safety standards
