The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is seeking a responsible and safety-focused, School Bus Driver to transport program participants to and from designated program sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a positive, supportive attitude aligned with the YMCA's mission. A $500 Sign-On Incentive is included! Essential Responsibilities:

Safely operate a YMCA School Bus Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate transportation logs Ensure the safe boarding and disembarking of passengers Follow all traffic laws, YMCA policies, and child safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record CDL with passenger endorsement Consistent and reliable attendance Previous driving experience with children or group transportation Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45AM-9:00AM and 2:00PM-4:00PM during the school year; Monday-Friday from: 8:30AM-4:00PM during the summer
