This energetic position requires a dedicated professional who values safety, excellent customer service, and efficient driving. You will be responsible for transporting students safely while adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and school policies. Your positive attitude and commitment to student well-being will help create a secure and welcoming environment for young passengers every day. Responsibilities Safely operate school buses and transit vehicles in accordance with traffic laws, vehicle codes, and transportation safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and emergency equipment. Transport students to designated locations while maintaining punctuality and efficiency. Assist students with boarding, disembarking, and wheelchair assistance as needed, ensuring passenger safety at all times. Experience Valid CDL - Class C license with a clean driving record; experience operating school buses or transit vehicles preferred.
