Full-Time, Part-Time and On-Call Canyon Coach Lines is seeking experienced, safe, and dependable professional motorcoach drivers for our growing Las Vegas fleet. Our assignments include local charters, conventions, airport transportation, private groups, sightseeing tours, national park tours, and multi-day OTR trips. We are looking for professional drivers who are flexible, communicate well with Dispatch, care for company equipment, and take responsibility for delivering safe and reliable service. What CCL Needs Drivers qualified and willing to operate full-size motorcoaches Availability for local, tour, convention, airport, and OTR assignments Reliable attendance with no last-minute callouts except for genuine emergencies Prompt responses to Dispatch regarding availability and assignments Willingness to operate different vehicle types within the driver's qualifications Professional attitude toward assignments, passengers, Dispatch, and coworkers Strong commitment to safety, vehicle care, and customer service Driver Responsibilities Report for duty on time and complete all required trip preparation Arrive early enough to inspect and prepare the assigned vehicle before departure Complete accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DVIRs Follow DOT, FMCSA, hours-of-service, ELD, Samsara, and company safety requirements Immediately report mechanical problems, vehicle damage, delays, accidents, or passenger concerns Maintain communication with Dispatch throughout the assignment Safely load and unload passengers and assist with luggage when required Follow hotel, airport, convention center, national park, and designated bus-loading procedures Keep the bus clean, remove trash, and leave it ready for the next driver Return the bus with at least three-quarters of a tank of fuel unless otherwise instructed Protect company equipment and follow safe backing and parking procedures Maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and customer-service standard Complete required trip paperwork accurately and on time Required Qualifications At least 21 years old Valid Class A or Class B CDL Passenger endorsement Qualified to operate full air-brake vehicles Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Acceptable driving record and safety history Ability to pass required background, drug and alcohol, and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks Ability to safely operate a full-size motorcoach Ability to communicate professionally with Dispatch, passengers, clients, and management Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and OTR travel Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of professional motorcoach experience Experience operating MCI, Prevost, Van Hool, Temsa, or similar coaches Experience with Las Vegas hotels, airport operations, conventions, and Strip transportation OTR experience in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and California Experience with Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Zion, and other national park routes Strong knowledge of DVIR, ELD, hours-of-service, and commercial passenger safety procedures Clean record with no recent preventable accidents or serious customer complaints Compensation Competitive local and OTR compensation based on experience and assignment type Performance-based premium-pay opportunities for drivers who consistently demonstrate: Safe driving Reliable attendance and availability On-time performance Proper vehicle care Professional communication Positive customer service Accurate paperwork and DVIR completion To Apply Please submit your résumé and include: CDL class and endorsements Years of motorcoach experience Types and brands of buses operated Local and OTR availability Current DOT medical-card status Recent motor vehicle record, if available Canyon Coach Lines is an equal opportunity employer.
