Church Bus Driver Redemption Church Albany, NY Job Details Contract $150 - $200 a week 1 hour ago Qualifications Passenger Endorsement School Bus Endorsement CDL Experience working with children Passenger pickup and drop-off Passenger safety regulations Passenger safety Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious Church Bus Driver to drive small or large school bus for youth and staff participating in church services, ministries, activities, events, and trips The Church Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating the church vehicle, following all applicable transportation laws and church policies, and providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all passengers. This is a part-time, as-needed position. The schedule will vary depending on church activities and transportation needs.

Assignments may include:

Sunday mornings and afternoons, evenings, Saturdays, special events, and occasional extended trips. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Because this position may involve transporting children and other vulnerable individuals, employment may be contingent upon successful completion of applicable: Criminal background screening CDL with appropriate passenger and bus endorsements Motor vehicle record review Reference checks Drug/alcohol screening, when required Other church-required screening procedures

Pay Rate:

$150-200 per trip Additional compensation may be provided for extended trips, if approved by church leadership.
