Seeking Drivers willing to travel Upstate to drive a school bus. Experienced School Bus Drivers Only Need Apply. Guaranteed minimum 30 hours for a 4 day work week. Minimum of 30 hour per 4 day work week guaranteed. Large bus and Van drivers needed. MUST have school bus driving experience.

Requirements:

CDL Class C or B License with Passenger/ School Bus endorsements At least 23 years or older with Clean driving history Minimum of 1-2 years of school bus driving experience preferred. Ability to pass drug screening, physical and background check

Schedules:

Monday through Thursday - Van driver. Tuesday through Friday - Large bus. AM or PM Shifts 5 1/12

Hour Daily Guarantee Responsibilities:

Pre & post trip vehicle, ensuring it is safe to transport students and no student left behind Supervise students during bus rides to ensure their safety and well-being. Ensure students follow proper safety procedures. Maintain order and discipline on the bus, addressing any behavioral issues that may arise. Communicate with Dispatch regarding any concerns or incidents during the bus ride. Provide support to students with special needs, ensuring their specific requirements are met. Foster a positive and inclusive environment on the bus, promoting respect and cooperation among students. Educate students on proper bus behavior and safety rules. Work as a team with bus monitor if applicable.

Qualifications:

MUST BE AT LEAST 23 YEARS OLD

Must have school bus driving experience. All others need not apply. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff. Ability to manage conflicts and behavioral issues in a calm and professional manner. Familiarity with special needs practices and techniques. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges.
