Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bus Driver, where you'll play a crucial role in providing safe and reliable transportation for passengers. You will navigate various routes, ensuring that everyone arrives at their destinations on time while delivering exceptional customer service. What you'll do Operate various types of buses with a focus on safety and efficiency. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience. Navigate assigned routes effectively while adhering to schedules and traffic regulations. Communicate clearly with dispatchers and other team members regarding any delays or issues encountered during routes. Basic qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsements for bus driving. Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance practices to ensure the bus remains in top condition. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
