Job Description

Job description: Our School Bus Transportation Company is seeking a reliable and motivated Fueler / School Bus Driver to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. In this role, you will ensure our school buses/vehicles are fueled, cleaned/disinfected daily, and properly maintained to guarantee safe and efficient transportation for students. The ideal candidate holds a Class A or B CDL with all necessary endorsements including TWIC, Hazmat, Tanker, and X Endorsements . Your experience with children and strong customer service skills will help foster a positive environment while ensuring total compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Vehicle Fueling:
Safely and efficiently fuel the company's fleet of school buses and vehicles.
Route Driving:
Step in and willingly drive a school bus route whenever needed.
Facility & Bus Maintenance:
Assist with the daily cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing of buses, yards, and facilities.
Seasonal Assistance:
Assist the snow removal team during winter weather events.
Travel:
Willingness to travel to multiple company locations as required.
Qualifications & Requirements License:
Valid Class A or B CDL with P (Passenger) and S (School Bus) endorsements.
Endorsements:
Must hold a valid X endorsement (combination Tanker and Hazmat endorsements).
Credentials:
Must possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
Flexibility:
Ability to adapt to a flexible, seasonal schedule.
Reliability:
Must have your own reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
Skills:
Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
Up to $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
