Job Description
Job description We are seeking dedicated and responsible bus drivers (and monitors) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring the safety of school children to and from school on a regular schedule throughout the school year. Summers off!...or you can elect to work on charter tours and shuttle busses. School Bus drivers are an important element in the lives of our school children. They are often the first and last school official a student sees each day, setting the tone for a day of learning and providing a sense of security to and from home. More than just drivers, they are guardians of safety, mentors on wheels, and crucial links in the educational ecosystem. The role of a school bus driver extends far beyond the mechanics of operating a large vehicle. They are responsible for the safe transport of their precious cargo, navigating through traffic and inclement weather with unwavering focus. This requires a high level of training, not only in defensive driving but also in student management and emergency preparedness. Their vigilance and commitment ensure that students arrive at school ready to learn and return home safely.
