This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that reliability is the most important part of this job. Our children, families, and staff depend on our buses operating on time every day. If you are punctual, dependable, and enjoy working with children, we'd love to hear from you. Daily Schedule This position consists of several scheduled bus runs throughout the day, including downtime between routes while remaining on the clock.

Typical schedule includes:

7:30

AM:

Morning school run (approximately 20 minutes) 8:15

AM:

Second morning run (approximately 45 minutes) 11:00 AM-1:00

PM:

Two scheduled trips 2:15 PM-3:45

PM:

Afternoon school run Responsibilities Safely transport children to and from school and other scheduled destinations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean and safe bus. Follow all traffic laws, childcare regulations, and company safety policies. Communicate professionally with parents, school personnel, and childcare staff. Be willing to drive different buses and cover multiple routes when needed.

Our Fleet Drivers may operate:

25-passenger gasoline bus Mid-size school bus 72-passenger school bus Qualifications Valid CDL with the appropriate Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements . Clean driving record. Ability to pass required background checks and physical. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Professional, patient, and dependable.
