SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS

- New Hire Incentive

UNIONVILLE-CHADDS FORD SCHOOL DISTRICT

Kennett Square, PA Regular Bus Drivers am/pm needed Starting salary $21.85 per hour No experience is necessary. Full paid CDL training provided.

NEW HIRE INCENTIVE

Hiring incentive for new hires: $500 after one month of successful driving service• $500 after six months of successful driving service $500 after 12 months of successful driving service $500 after 24 months of successful driving service •if hired after 5/1, incentive paid in 2nd pay in Sept. of following school year

RETIREES

looking for part-time work are encouraged to apply! Summers and holidays off. No nights or weekends unless you want the extra hours! Opportunity to earn extra money during the school year and over the summer. Referral incentive offered. Monthly Attendance incentive offered. Qualifications Clean driving record Class B, CDL license with current "S" endorsement (will train) Current State-mandated clearances and MVR check required before hire. Ability to work independently, read a map, and follow written directions. Good verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate with others. Clearances required for employment: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151) Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Check (Act 34) Federal Criminal History Record Check (Act 114) Act 168
