We are currently seeking qualified Full-Time Shuttle Bus Drivers (CDL Required) to become valued members of our team. The successful Shuttle Bus Driver candidate is responsible for providing services at assigned locations. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Deliver exceptional customer service to everyone you come in contact with, including participants, their families, neighbors, and facility staff. Maintain compliance with all transportation protocols in accordance with company policy. Complete all required documentation accurately, thoroughly, and on time. Maintain a professional appearance as a representative of KQT. Ensure cleanliness of assigned vehicles, offices, and facilities in which you operate. Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Work in tandem with a Bus Aide to assist participants. When needed, perform the duties of a Bus Aide. Communicate effectively and professionally with participants, families, facilities, and dispatch.
Physical Demands:
Sit and stand for extended periods of time. Walk, bend, squat, twist, reach, push, pull, and carry. Frequently lift and/or move, including assisting participants with mobility, stairs, and wheelchair transport. Work in various weather conditions (cold, heat, rain, snow, etc.). Regularly lift and/or move up to 125 pounds.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements and in compliance with company policy. Current CPR certification. Minimum one year of professional driving experience operating shuttle buses, box trucks, or larger commercial vehicles. Clean driving record acceptable to company insurance standards. Basic computer knowledge (all documentation, timekeeping, etc. completed electronically). Available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All positions require a Drug Screen and DOT Physical. Background screening required as part of the new hire process. Flu vaccination required.
