Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
: Responsible for the transport of Skytop guests to and from facilities, off property destinations, bus stations and future railroad stations. Light vehicle maintenance and guest interaction.
REPORTS TO
: Guest Services Manager
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Greet the guest Transport guests Assist guest on and off vehicles Complete departmental checklist Daily maintenance of vehicles Report maintenance problems (vehicle or property to proper department) Washing of vehicles (inside and out)
RESPONSIBLE FOR
: Department buses, vans, and vehicle keys.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires driving and frequent sitting, with use of hand and foot movements. Must also have the ability to work at task that requires walking, lifting, and bending. Must have ability to lift in excess of 75 pounds.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
: Work takes place primarily outside of the hotel, although inside work may be required. Occasional off-property work is required also. Work schedule includes open weekends and holidays.
HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED
: Typical hazards associated with physical work, including sitting for long periods, some lifting and exposure to different weather conditions. Must be very cautious while driving in ice, snow, fog, or rain.
