Job Description
Experienced Van/Mini-Bus Driver — Full Time Join our team as a full-time driver responsible for transporting personnel and completing errands between Upper Bucks County and Philadelphia. This role is five days per week with 60+ hours expected, including overtime opportunities with additional pay. Work schedule and responsibilities:
You will begin each morning from Upper Bucks County (roughly 30 minutes north of New Hope) at 6:00am. Your primary route will be into Philadelphia where you will carry out a variety of errands, deliveries, and support tasks for our office and staff. After the workday concludes at 5:00pm, you will return to Bucks County. This position requires reliability for an early start and consistent availability through the evening.Position Type:
Full time, Monday through Friday.Weekly Hours:
60+ with mandatory overtime when needed.Pay & Benefits:

Start from Upper Bucks County, commute into Philadelphia, return after office close.Driver Requirements:
Prior experience driving passenger vans or mini buses is required. A CDL is not necessary. We seek candidates who are safety-conscious with strong navigational skills, dependable attendance, and a professional demeanor. The role can include handling packages and assisting passengers, so physical fitness and courtesy are important.
