We are seeking experienced, professional full-time Over-the-Road Motor Coach Operators based in the Charleston area. Candidates must be comfortable with extended travel, overnight stays, irregular schedules, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Drivers must be able to manage their schedules responsibly, comply with all DOT and Hours-of-Service requirements, and provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for every passenger. Requirements CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements At least 28 years of age Previous commercial driving experience; motor coach experience strongly preferred Clean driving record Knowledge of and compliance with DOT regulations and Hours-of-Service requirements Ability and willingness to spend multiple days away from home Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings and background checks Reliable transportation to and from our Charleston facility Up-to-date smartphone Excellent time-management skills and punctuality Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with luggage Drug-free workplace Benefits 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Disability coverage This Position May Not Be a Fit If You are unable to spend multiple days away from home You require a traditional Monday-through-Friday schedule You struggle with punctuality, schedule changes, or long and flexible hours You do not currently hold a CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CDL driver looking for consistent full-time over-the-road work with a professional, growing company and a high-quality fleet.
