Job Overview With locations in Eagan, Minnesota, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Northfield Lines provides professional charter bus service throughout the United States and Canada. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused CDL Bus Drivers who take pride in delivering a comfortable, courteous, and reliable travel experience for every passenger. Position Summary As a CDL Motorcoach / Charter Bus Driver, you will safely transport groups to destinations ranging from local events to regional and long-distance trips across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for a professional driver who enjoys variety, travel, customer interaction, and being part of a team that puts safety and service first. What You'll Do

• Operate modern motorcoaches safely and professionally on charter trips, tours, events, and scheduled assignments.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, trip leaders, and clients.
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow company policies, DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations staff regarding schedules, routes, passenger needs, and trip updates.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general travel questions when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate trip records, inspection reports, and required documentation. What We're Looking For
• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• No Air Brake restriction
• Safe driving record and commitment to professional, defensive driving.
• Ability to pass required background checks, DOT drug and alcohol screening, and medical qualification requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and a courteous, professional attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and multi-day trips as assigned.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada, including eligibility to cross the Canadian border when required. Pay Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and assignment type. Why Drive for Northfield Lines?
