About Us:

Water Walkers is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting underserved youth in Nashville through tutoring, resources, and providing outdoor and watersports experiences.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced driver with a CDL to transport youth to and from program activities 5-6 days per week, 46 weeks per year. The typical shift will be 4-5 hours (2:30 PM - 6:30 PM), with 8-hour shifts required in June and July. We are also open to hiring a temporary driver to cover through July 2025 if the full-year commitment is not feasible.

Responsibilities:

Transport youth to and from program activities safely and on time. Work 5-6 days per week with occasional Saturday shifts. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly vehicle. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while transporting children.

Requirements:

Valid CDL with experience driving buses or larger vehicles. Ability to pass a background check. Flexibility to work occasional Saturday shifts. Commitment to the program schedule, especially during June and July (8-hour shifts).
