Job Description
CDL Bus Driver Full Moon Builders - Baytown, TX (Near Mont Belvieu) $20/hr or $160/day (Split Shift) | Paid Weekly About the Role Full Moon Builders is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Bus Driver to transport workers to and from job sites near Baytown, TX. This split-shift position involves consistent morning and evening runs, ideal for experienced drivers supporting contracted energy sector construction projects. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Schedule & Pay
Split Shift:
Morning and Evening (exact times provided during interview)- $20/hour or $160/day (flat rate for both shifts)
- Paid weekly Location Requirement
- Must live within a 30-minute drive of the Baytown/Mont Belvieu jobsite
- Early pickups may be required due to weather or emergency situations Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport workers between designated pick-up points and the jobsite, navigating both paved roads and unpaved terrain
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain bus cleanliness and perform basic upkeep
- Follow all traffic and safety laws
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members Qualifications
- CDL Class A or B with Passenger ("P") endorsement and Airbrakes
- Current DOT physical
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Strong punctuality and reliability
