St. Paul Christian Learning Center is looking for a dependable, responsible, and caring Preschool Bus Driver to safely transport our students to and from school.

2pm-6pm Job Responsibilities Safely transport preschool children to and from designated schools. Follow assigned bus routes and schedules. Complete required vehicle safety checks before each trip. Ensure children are properly seated and secured during transportation. Complete accurate attendance and child-count procedures. Maintain active supervision of children while entering, riding, and exiting the bus. Never leave children unattended in the vehicle. Maintain a calm, safe, and positive environment on the bus. Follow all school transportation policies and applicable childcare regulations. Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and CLC employees. Report any accidents, injuries, delays, behavioral concerns, or vehicle issues immediately. Keep the bus clean, organized, and safe. Complete required transportation records and documentation. Assist with other reasonable childcare duties when needed.

Dependable and punctual. Patient and comfortable working with young children. Responsible and safety-minded. Friendly and professional. Able to communicate effectively with parents and staff. Comfortable working independently while following school procedures. Requirements Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated. Acceptable driving record. Ability to pass required background checks. Ability to meet applicable Texas childcare transportation requirements. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required according to center policy. Previous experience driving children or working in a childcare/school setting is preferred. Why Join Our Team?
