Country Home Learning Center is hiring a caring, dependable Preschool Bus Driver / Class B CDL Driver to safely transport our students on local school routes, pickups, drop-offs, and field trips. This is a great fit for an experienced school bus driver, shuttle driver, retired or semi-retired CDL driver, or anyone with the required credentials who is looking for predictable local driving and a positive school environment. Our drivers play an important role in helping children travel safely while building friendly, professional relationships with students, families, and school staff.

• Safely transport children on approved local routes.
• Complete school pickup and drop-off transportation as assigned.
• Drive students to local field trips and school activities.
• Follow all vehicle safety procedures and transportation policies.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment while children are on the bus.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and families when needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled routes.
• Follow all applicable licensing, background check, and driving requirements.
• Help represent Country Home Learning Center in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications Required:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Required passenger and/or school bus endorsements for the position
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet all required background check and transportation requirements
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working around children
• Strong attention to safety and punctuality Preferred, but not required:
• Previous experience as a school bus driver, preschool bus driver, shuttle driver, passenger driver, or transportation driver
• Experience transporting children or school-age students
