Responsibilities Safely operate a bus along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. Ensure children are securely seated during transit. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the bus interior and exterior. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Document any incidents or issues that occur during shifts in accordance with company policies. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in bus driving, particularly in school settings is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents and staff. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings as required by route schedules. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve diverse communities.
