Full Job Description Overview:

The PBX Operator is responsible for answering telephone calls and successfully connecting the caller to the appropriate party. The ability to respond quickly and accurately to the emergency telephone and/or alarms. The operator is responsible for filing and purging all outpatient charts. Other clerical duties and projects as assigned. Sorting the US Mail in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Education:

-A high school diploma or

GED Experience:

Prior years experience in a medical-related field or medical practice preferred. Computer literacy required. Must be able to operate ten-key calculator. Must be able to effectively communicate with the public.
