Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Courier to handle scheduled pickups and deliveries throughout the Phoenix metro area and assist with office duties as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, trustworthy with sensitive information, and has a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS navigation to optimize delivery times and fuel usage Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries for dealerships and other businesses Transport confidential and sensitive documents securely while maintaining strict confidentiality Deliver office supplies, packages, and materials Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report maintenance issues promptly to Directors Communicate effectively with Directors regarding delivery status, delays, or issues on the road Provide good customer service with a friendly, professional approach when interacting with clients Assist with office duties including but not limited to data entry, scanning, answering phone calls, and filing Other duties as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean MVR Must be 21+ for insurance purposes to operate company vehicle Excellent driving skills with ability to adhere strictly to all driving laws and safety standards Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs Good customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic computer skills and professional phone etiquette Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Smartphone required for navigation and communication

Schedule:

30-32 hours per week, Monday

•Friday, daytime hours. Mileage / fuel reimbursement. Local routes

•home every day.
