Duties Safely operate assigned vehicles while following company safety procedures and maintaining professional driving standards. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure pickups and deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload packages, supplies, merchandise, or freight while using proper lifting and handling techniques. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and business partners while providing dependable and courteous service. Follow all pickup, delivery, special-handling, and client-specific instructions. Maintain clear communication throughout each route, including pickup confirmations, delivery updates, delays, and completion status. Maintain accurate delivery records, route documentation, proof of delivery, and other required shipment information. Inspect assigned items and shipments when appropriate and immediately report damages, discrepancies, or delivery issues. Protect customer property and transported items while maintaining accountability from pickup through final delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle suitable for daily delivery operations. Represent 4 Logistics LLC professionally at all customer, vendor, and delivery locations. Support scheduled routes, same-day deliveries, final-mile deliveries, and additional delivery assignments as operational needs require. Requirements .

Strong knowledge of local route driving, delivery procedures, and efficient route coordination. Proven customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to safely lift, load, unload, and handle packages or freight while following proper handling procedures. Excellent communication skills for professional client interaction, dispatch updates, and team coordination. Previous experience in courier services, final-mile delivery, transportation, retail delivery, or logistics is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to complete assigned routes accurately and on schedule. Ability to follow pickup and delivery instructions, maintain accountability for assigned items, and provide accurate proof of delivery.
