Jack Lee Express Inc is a fast-growing last-mile delivery company serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. We deliver parcels with accuracy, professionalism, and consistent customer care. Our team values reliability, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence. Overview Our warehouse is located in Tucson, AZ 85706. We are hiring 1099 Independent Contractor Package Delivery Drivers to support daily last-mile delivery operations. This role is ideal for responsible, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, following structured routes, and providing reliable delivery service. As a contractor, you will receive competitive per-package pay , a flexible schedule, and a 1099 form for tax filing (mileage may be deductible; consult a tax professional). Language Requirement English is required for communication with dispatch and following delivery instructions. Work Requirements Your own reliable vehicle in good working condition. Ability to handle your own fuel costs without financial strain. Weekend and holiday availability , as these are peak delivery periods. A smartphone capable of scanning packages, navigating routes, and updating delivery status. Strong sense of responsibility and time management. Daily Duties Deliver small packages safely and accurately using your personal vehicle. Scan, sort, and load packages into your vehicle efficiently. Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to all traffic laws. Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip checks to ensure your vehicle is ready for daily work. Provide clear communication with dispatch regarding progress or issues. Assist with occasional warehouse tasks such as sorting or lifting packages when needed. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, rideshare driver, or warehouse worker is preferred but not required. Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Ability to lift and carry packages, including items up to 50 lbs when needed. Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently. Punctual, dependable, and professional communication skills. Comfortable with repetitive driving, loading, scanning, and lifting.
