Job Summary We are seeking reliable and efficient Courier Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering packages and freight promptly and safely to various destinations throughout Southern California. This role involves navigating city routes, maintaining a clean driving record, ensuring timely deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with our dispatch team. No CDL license is required for this position. Sign on bonus after 90 days. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks up to 24' , to transport packages and freight to designated locations throughout Southern California. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Utilize our mobile driver app and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as needed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including pick up and delivery times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or issues. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and adhere to safety standards. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during daily operations. Assist with loading and unloading packages as necessary. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no CDL required. Proven experience in driving or delivery roles is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to lift packages of varying weights and stand or drive for extended periods when necessary. Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and liftgates.
