Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, provide delivery and messenger service throughout the Southern California Region to medical centers and regional facilities:

Essential Responsibilities:

Information and Records:

Collect, sort and deliver U.S. and interoffice mail within the medical center and outlying clinics. Pick up and deliver service request items.

Materials and Supplies:

Perform courier functions. Drive company vehicle. Maintain and check equipment for malfunction and/or damage Administrative and other: Train and orient new or less experienced personnel. Serve as resource person to co-workers by answering procedure questions and assisting in problem solving. Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Experience A good knowledge of Los Angeles and Orange County freeways is required. Must have the ability to lift objects of approximately 55 lbs in weight. Education N/A License, Certification, Registration Driver's License (California) required at hire

Notes:

Will need to start at the following Hubs. BP, Chino Hills, Lancaster, SB, Sherman Way and WDH. This is an on call position, days and hours may vary.
