Part-time to full time hours to be confirmed Hi there! We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and can go to locations via on foot and by car. Consulates and agencies trust us with important travel documents, so a kind bedside manner, clear communication, and careful questions matter most. Most of your time will be spent outside the office. You'll talk with staff, clients and Government personel. Occasionally pick up or deliver documents in the South Bay including Santa Clara, San Jose, and Milpitas. You'd be a good fit if you're dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with being with people, and able to handle confidential information with care. Customer service or office experience is helpful, but that can always be taught later. Being able to get around the city and being in traffic is much more useful. A company car will also be provided.
