Full Job Description Status:
Full-Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the
Position :
The primary responsibility of the Lead Credible Messenger is to initialize, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families. All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with experience working with target population. Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Knowledge of Community Resources Experience working with at-risk youth and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Electronic health records systems (EHR) is a plus but not required. Positions require valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage that will need to be provided. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) skills are a plus.
