THE ROLE
We are looking for dependable drivers to join our growing team and help us provide fast, professional, and compassionate delivery service across Connecticut. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, treats every delivery with care, and represents our company with integrity on the road.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate a Sprinter Van or SUV to complete same-day pickups and deliveries. Handle all packages and materials with care, especially time-sensitive and healthcare-related deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery logs, confirmations, and communication with dispatch. Represent KDL professionally with clients, facilities, and the public. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Follow all DOT, safety, and company compliance policies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and a professional appearance. Ability to lift and carry packages as needed. Background check and drug screening required. Prior delivery or driving experience preferred, but not required.
