Responsibilities Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency while maintaining punctuality. Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal operation. Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries. Experience Warehouse experience or familiarity with heavy lifting equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous. Proven ability to handle manual transmission vehicles or box trucks confidently and safely. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience in load & unload operations, moving goods efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols relevant to courier operations.
