We are actively onboarding motivated, reliable Independent Contractors (1099) for high-density, critical medical courier dispatches. While operations span across the Sunrise and Miramar markets, your primary orders will heavily service Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, with frequent, regular assignments originating from the Memorial Healthcare System hospital networks. We have immediate opportunities for owner-operators driving their own reliable mid-sized cars, minivans, or SUVs (no cargo vans or sprinters needed). Please note that our operation is heavily focused on on-call/on-demand dispatching . Dedicated or structured routes are rare. All official compliance, documentation vetting, and onboarding logistics are managed seamlessly through the TForce network. Because you will handle critical biological materials and advanced medical equipment, strict adherence to specialized handling protocols, professional presentation, and complete compliance with required gear is mandatory. Available Shifts & Dispatch Profiles On-Call / On-Demand (Primary): High-priority, urgent dispatches throughout the day, evening, or weekend. This includes routine, as-needed pickups in Pompano, FL for medical wound vac machines, as well as long-distance STAT specimen drop-offs traveling out as far as Tampa, FL.
Dedicated Routes:
Structured, recurring schedules are rare but may occasionally become available based on client volume.
Primary Coverage Area:
Rapid dispatch networks covering Miramar, Sunrise, Pompano Beach, and all regional Memorial Hospital campuses. Required Insurance Limits Contractors must carry or acquire specific insurance limits to meet TForce compliance:
General Liability:
$1,000,000 (1 Million) Combined Single Limit (CSL)
Auto Liability:

Motor Truck Cargo Insurance:

If you do not currently hold these exact limits on your own private policies, we allow eligible contractors to easily opt into insurance program directly during onboarding. Required Equipment & PPE Contractors must have all required items ready after completing TForce onboarding compliance verification:
Vehicle:
Clean, operational Car, Minivan, or SUV. •

Administrative:
Reliable access to a printer (strictly used for printing manifests and required routing documentation that must be signed by the client upon delivery).
PPE:
Disposable gloves and hand sanitizer.
Transport Container:
One small, empty plastic tote box to securely stabilize cargo during transit.
Specimen Cooler:
Clean, insulated medical specimen cooler capable of maintaining required transport temperatures.
Safety Equipment:
A small Kidde fire extinguisher securely mounted or placed in the vehicle. Contractor Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Must be fluent in English. Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check. This costs $56 and is paid by the Independent Contactor. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Smartphone with an active data plan for dispatch routing apps. Prior final-mile delivery or medical courier service experience is highly preferred.

Payout Schedule:
Please note that there is a two-week administrative hold on settlements at the start of the contract. Weekly payouts will begin consistently following this initial period. Compensation is paid per order/route and varies based on total mileage, package density, urgency, and route structure. Exact pay structures, rate sheets, and regional route values will be explained thoroughly during the initial interview.
