Courier / Logistics / Transportation About the Position Elite Path Courier LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious 1099 Courier Driver to join our growing team. The Courier Driver will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering freight and cargo to customers and designated locations. The successful contractor must be dependable, able to work independently, follow delivery instructions, and provide excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, is comfortable using technology, and takes pride in completing deliveries safely, accurately, and on time.
Compensation Anticipated weekly compensation:
$800-$900 per week. Actual compensation may vary based on assigned work, routes, workload, and applicable contractor terms. Company Vehicle Provided Elite Path Courier LLC will provide the cargo van used for assigned delivery operations. The company vehicle is to be used in accordance with company policies and the independent contractor agreement. Contractors are expected to operate the vehicle safely, maintain a clean and professional vehicle, and immediately report any accidents, damage, mechanical issues, or other vehicle-related concerns. 1099 Independent Contractor Position This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements related to their independent-contractor status, including applicable taxes. Additional details regarding compensation, contractor responsibilities, vehicle use, insurance, and operating procedures will be provided during the application and onboarding process. Schedule & Reporting Time This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. The scheduled reporting time begins at 1:00 PM. Contractors must be available and ready to report at the designated location at 1:00 PM. The workday continues until the assigned load and required deliveries are completed. Actual completion times may vary depending on the amount of freight, delivery requirements, traffic, route conditions, and operational needs. Contractors must be flexible and understand that the workload and completion time may vary from day to day.

Any contractor benefits, reimbursements, or other compensation arrangements will be outlined in the applicable contractor agreement. Are you aware that this position requires a pre-employment background check and that candidates must meet the company's background-check requirements, including no disqualifying felony convictions? Do you have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no moving violations or traffic tickets within the past three years? Are you available to report at 1:00 PM and remain available until the assigned load and required deliveries are completed? Are you comfortable working a schedule where the end time may vary depending on the assigned workload and delivery requirements? Are you comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor rather than as a W-2 employee? Do you have reliable transportation to and from the designated reporting location? Are you comfortable safely loading, unloading, organizing, and securing freight and cargo? Do you have experience using GPS navigation and smartphone-based delivery applications?
